More Than a Clinic. It's Elevated Standard of Care.
WomanWoRX was founded on a simple belief: pelvic health care shouldn’t end when appointments do.
We combine in-house pelvic physical therapy, chiropractic care, and fitness with structured, PT-driven exercise programs — creating a complete continuum of care for women at every stage of life.
Whether you’re seeking one-on-one clinical treatment or rehab-informed pelvic fitness at home, our model is built to support long-term strength, not episodic care.

Who We Are
WomanWoRX was created by the pelvic health specialists at Minnesota Women’s Care after years of treating women who asked the same question:
“What should I do now?”
Many women leave pelvic physical therapy without a clear plan to maintain their progress. Others know something feels wrong but aren’t ready for a clinic appointment. And most fitness programs simply aren’t designed with pelvic health in mind.
WomanWoRX was built to solve that gap.
Our team of pelvic floor physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, and fitness professionals have created specialized, PT-driven exercise classes.
No guesswork.
No generic workouts.
Just expert guidance designed to help women move with strength, confidence, and support.
At WomanWoRX, you’re not navigating pelvic health alone — you’re part of a community that understands your body and helps you move forward.
