Our online fitness classes are taught by instructors highly trained in pelvic floor health for women in all areas and stages of life. Classes range from 5 minutes to 90 minutes and can be done from the comfort of your home. Classes have been

Pregnant women, postpartum women and women who have manageable pelvic floor symptoms. For women cleared by their provider to exercise.

Our goal for you

Is to provide you with a library of fitness classes that will build total body strength and have an emphasis on the pelvic floor that can all be done from the comfort of your home.

How To Begin

Choose an exercise type that interests you, whether that is barre, yoga, strength, pilates or HITT. Then try it out! We recommend exercising regularly throughout the week and mixing up your routine with strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises.
