Postpartum is tough, but your healing journey doesn’t have to be. We’re here to support you.

I was given the green light to exercise postpartum. Now what!?

Throughout your pregnancy you received a lot of medical support and guidance. With the exception of your 6-week follow-up appointment, you probably haven’t met with a medical provider to asses YOU. Your body has changed in miraculous ways that you maybe could have never imagined.

You may experience tiredness, pelvic pain, abdominal weakness, symptoms of hormone fluctuations, total body fatigue, mom pooch, and back pain.

Our program is effective, intentional and specifically designed and easy to follow. We are moms that created this program for other moms.

Who is this for?

All women who recently gave birth vaginally or via c-section. This program is appropriate for you no matter how easy or traumatic your birthing process was. You could be years postpartum and still battling symptoms of postpartum, this program is still for you.

Our goal for you

Is to hold your hand throughout your healing journey. This easy to follow 12-week program provides you with exercises that promote pelvic floor and diaphragm recovery. We want to set you up for the physical demands of motherhood. We provide you with healing exercises that will set you up for success and will last throughout motherhood.

How To Begin

Start with our introduction video and go through the program week by week. Our videos have been thoughtfully prepared by our team of experts to provide you with proper education and exercise guidance. Minimal equipment is required for participation in the program and equipment that is needed can easily be found in your home.

Important considerations: These programs are not right for every person. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider before doing any exercises provided. These programs are not a substitute for any kind of professional advice. You are responsible for yourself. Please stop exercise if you feel adverse symptoms like dizziness and discomfort and contact your provider immediately. Don’t participate in this program if your provider has indicated to avoid exercise. If you choose to participate in our On-Demand Programs you will not hold WomanWorx or Minnesota Women’s Care responsible for any illness, injury, or issue that results in these programs.

Pelvic floor disorders occur when the muscles, ligaments, and nerves supporting the bladder, uterus, vagina, and rectum become weakened or damaged. This can result from childbirth, chronic conditions, repeated heavy lifting, or surgery, leading to discomfort and loss of function.
