Our comprehensive approach is designed to help you embrace this special time in your life and enhance the experience with exercise and education. This trimester specific program is loaded with education, trimester specific exercises and childbirth prep.

How To Begin

Start with our introduction video. Our program is organized by trimester. Education and workouts are appropriate to your given trimester. Throughout each trimester, watch and learn from the educational videos and participate in the trimester specific workouts. As you advance in your pregnancy, move on to the next trimester’s resources. Our videos have been thoughtfully prepared by our RXperts team to provide you with the proper instruction and guidance. Some equipment is recommended but is necessary for many of these exercises.

Pelvic floor disorders occur when the muscles, ligaments, and nerves supporting the bladder, uterus, vagina, and rectum become weakened or damaged. This can result from childbirth, chronic conditions, repeated heavy lifting, or surgery, leading to discomfort and loss of function.
