Heaviness is a common symptom and can vary, but is often worsened with prolonged standing or sitting, and can also increase around the menstrual cycle. Prolapse may also present as the feeling of something falling out of your pelvis. Some women may also have symptoms related to pelvic floor disfunction like incontinence, frequency and urgency.

Our goal for you

Is to educate you on what prolapse is and common causes and symptom presentation. This program provides you with exercises and lifestyle tips to help you prepare for and recover from prolapse surgery and manage current prolapse symptoms. The weekly program incorporates a low impact strengthening program for the pelvic floor and core to promote better function. We want to help you feel confident with your lady parts again!

How To Begin

Start with our introduction video and go through the program week by week. This 13-week program starts with 12 weeks of therapeutic exercises and ends with week 13 preparing you to transition to fitness. Our videos have been thoughtfully prepared by our team of experts to provide you with proper education and exercise guidance. Minimal equipment is required for participation in the program. The instructor will prompt you if equipment is needed.

Prolapse keeps women from living their best life. It’s never too late to prevent prolapse from occurring or worsening.
