An easy to follow 13-week program with education and exercises developed by our pelvic floor experts.

Who is this for?

This is for women of every age and fitness level who want to prevent prolapse and be proactive with managing their pelvic organ prolapse. Women looking for tools specific to pre and postoperative prolpase surgery.

Here’s what you can expect:

A low impact strengthening program for the pelvic floor and core to promote better function. Education and exercises for post-operative prolapse surgery and prolapse prevention.

Pregnancy Exercise and Education

A trimester specific program loaded with education, trimester specific exercises and childbirth prep.

Who is this for?

Pregnant women in every stage of pregnancy. Exercises are for you after you have received approval from your medical provider to participate in exercise.

Education and workouts are organized by trimesters. Throughout each trimester, watch and learn from the educational videos and participate in the trimester specific workouts. As you advance in your pregnancy, move on to the next trimester’s resources.

Postpartum Recovery and Education

A 12-week exercise program with postpartum education and baby feeding tips.

Who is this for?

All women who recently gave birth vaginally or via c-section. Even if you are years postpartum but still battling symptoms of postpartum, this program is for you.

Here’s what you can expect:

An easy to follow program that slowly builds strength and endurance back in muscles impacted by pregnancy and birth. New mom specific fitness classes and nursing and feeding tips are also included.
