Whether you're preparing for or recovering from prolapse surgery, this low-impact program offers expert-led education and targeted exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and core, improve function, and support long-term pelvic health.

With expert-led education, low-impact pelvic floor and core exercises, and practical lifestyle tips, this program supports healing, improves function, and helps you navigate recovery with confidence.

Online Fitness Classes
Our online fitness program offers a variety of classes led by instructors specially trained in pelvic floor health, supporting women through all stages of life. From 5 to 90 minutes, these at-home workouts—like Mat Pilates, Yoga, Strength, HIIT, and Barre—are designed to maintain progress from pelvic floor physical therapy or simply improve overall strength and fitness while protecting your core and pelvic floor. Ideal for pregnant, postpartum, or symptom-managing women who have been cleared to exercise by their provider.

Why do you base your treatment on Physical Therapy?
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT) has been proven in medical studies to be very effective in treating common pelvic floor conditions like stress urinary incontinence and myofascial pain. The treatments are non-surgical and non-pharmaceutical – a huge plus for most women.
What is pelvic floor dysfunction?
Pelvic floor dysfunction refers to a range of conditions that affect the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues in the pelvic region. Issues may present as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and other related problems.
Can I get WomanWorx on my phone?
Yes! We have an app and it is super easy to use. Download the WomanWoRX from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Are in-person appointments available in your facility?
YES! We’d love to see you. Visit our experts for in-person care in the Twin Cities. We offer pelvic floor physical therapy, chiropractors, and exercise specialists, and group fitness classes in our physical space.
What are the costs?
- $29 per month for our online membership.
- With an online membership you get our library of programs, livestream classes and livestream class recordings.
- OTHER VIRTUAL VISITS: Consultations for Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy ($75)
- Personal Training ($70), Packs available for purchase as well!

Does insurance cover your treatments?
- For Minnesota residents, your visits are typically covered by insurance for physical therapy. With a proper evaluation, you can get answers and a personalized treatment plan. A referral from your provider is generally necessary to prior to a physical therapy evaluation.
- Exercise appointments are not covered by insurance. They are cash pay.

How many videos are in each On Demand Program?
We have prepared hundreds of videos for you to use. Each program has a sequential set of education and exercise videos. With an online membership you get access to all of our On-Demand programs. Once you complete a program you have the ability to repeat it or jump into our Fitness Program to maintain your results.
