Our Pregnancy Exercise and Education program offers trimester-specific workouts and expert-led education to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Online Fitness Classes

Our online fitness program offers a variety of classes led by instructors specially trained in pelvic floor health, supporting women through all stages of life. From 5 to 90 minutes, these at-home workouts—like Mat Pilates, Yoga, Strength, HIIT, and Barre—are designed to maintain progress from pelvic floor physical therapy or simply improve overall strength and fitness while protecting your core and pelvic floor. Ideal for pregnant, postpartum, or symptom-managing women who have been cleared to exercise by their provider.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT) has been proven in medical studies to be very effective in treating common pelvic floor conditions like stress urinary incontinence and myofascial pain. The treatments are non-surgical and non-pharmaceutical – a huge plus for most women.

Pelvic floor dysfunction refers to a range of conditions that affect the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues in the pelvic region. Issues may present as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and other related problems.

YES! We’d love to see you. Visit our experts for in-person care in the Twin Cities. We offer pelvic floor physical therapy, chiropractors, and exercise specialists, and group fitness classes in our physical space.

We have prepared hundreds of videos for you to use. Each program has a sequential set of education and exercise videos. With an online membership you get access to all of our On-Demand programs. Once you complete a program you have the ability to repeat it or jump into our Fitness Program to maintain your results.
